Customer Appointment information
COVID-19 customer screening for appointments.
Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?
Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?
Do you have a high temperature?
If you have confirmed yes to any of the above then please reschedule.
During your appointment we are COVID-19 compliant, fines to businesses by HSE are in place till 1/4/22.
We have a risk assessment covering COVID-19, required till 1/4/22.
We will sanitise any items used before and after seeing customers.
We will keep our distance for paperwork.
Everyone working in close proximity for an extended period of time will wear a Type II face mask
We require all customers to wear a face mask for close contact services and visiting our premises. This is required by HSE. They have advised businesses we face fines if not following covid recommendations, this ends 1/4/22.
Hand sanitiser required by everyone before and after appointments.
Collections are by appointment only.
Please adhere to appointment time or contact us if you'll arrive at a different time. Please ring the front door bell when you arrive so you can be met in the front office.
We will only have one customer at a time.
We quote 3 weeks delivery at the moment due to volume of work. We can not guarantee dates required at the moment because of covid knock on effects, but will try our best. Our express/dated work is running at about 2-3 days dispatch.
We have remained open throughout Covid but many of suppliers have not so we are experiencing long delays on items like buttons from manufacturers.
We will be closed from 16:00 Friday 5th August 2022 and re-open on Monday 22nd August 2022.
Please note that no orders or account queries will be actioned during this time.
Our normal services will re-commence from Monday 22nd August 2022.
We will however be monitoring firstname.lastname@example.org and will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

We will contact customers with all current COVID measures /arrangements before a booked appointment at the workshop or with our travelling tailors.
Please note that owing to the aggressive anti-spam policies of many email providers i.e. GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Aol, Outlook.com etc. our emails frequently end up in the recipient's Spam or Junk folder...
Our domain/s are not on any spam blacklist but unless you add all mail from michaeljaytailoring.com or suituk.com to your "Safe Senders List", we cannot guarantee that our emails will safely arrive in your "Inbox"!
