Quality & Pricing:

All our mess dress uniforms are made to measure to the same high quality, be it for a lance corporal or the highest ranking officer...

Our mess dress prices are based upon our 'All Ranks Price List'; any variation in the final pricing of our mess dress uniforms is a result of the enhanced specification for specific regiments and officer ranks i.e. additional/complex braiding, silk facing etc.

In reality, our pricing is extremely competitive; in terms of our superlative quality, use of genuine Hainsworth Cloth, attention to detail, and adherence to the specification of the uniform. In general terms, if a mess dress uniform costs less elsewhere, then it is likely to be of inferior quality; if our uniform costs less, this is owing to our 'All Ranks' pricing policy.

Be assured, that there is no better quality, value, or service to be had; the final fit of our mess dress uniforms is second to none.

Our general service pricing includes the free option of being measured by our Tailoring Consultant - or you may also take advantage of our on-line self-measure service (available to registered customers only).

Standard Service:

Our standard service is published on this website and can be from as fast as 14 Working Days from receiving your order, measurements, 'Instruction To Proceed', and payment details.

Dated Service:

For when you need your garments sooner than our standard service. Once we have your order, measurements, photos, deposit / payment and we have confirmed your measurements and required date with you - your garment will then enter production. We aim to get dated orders to you before your stated function / wear date, however, we do have limited capacity for Dated Service orders, so please check with us before placing your order. The cost for our Dated Service is £80 ex VAT (£96 inc VAT)

Please note that all production times including the Dated Service are subject to current workload and can be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Full Fitting Service:

For customers requiring even greater attention, we offer a 'Full Fitting Service' which includes:

• first visit to measure
• garment 'basted' to fitting stage
• second visit for the basted garment to be fitted
• garment is de-constructed, re-cut, and made up
• final completed garment shipped by next-day delivery service

Ordering & Payment Options:

Whilst we provide you with the opportunity to create your mess dress order online, we fully understand that this is a significant purchase and we do not expect you to necessarily commit to conventional 'pay by credit card' completion. You can do so, of course, but there are a variety of ways to pay for your mess dress should you decide to proceed with us:

• Payment in full by Credit/Debit Card (can be completed online or by telephone)
• Cheque, or Cash
• Interest Free Credit (subject to approval - terms & conditions apply)

For all options other than paying online by card you should choose 'Other Payment Methods' and select your choice at the checkout. You will need to ensure that you have provided at least one telephone number either mobile or landline so that we can contact you regarding your order although we will use your registered email address for communication if this is more convenient. Please remember though, NEVER send any credit or debit card details via email!
