Our mess dress prices are based upon our 'All Ranks Price List'; any variation in the final pricing of our mess dress uniforms is a result of the enhanced specification for specific regiments and officer ranks i.e. additional/complex braiding, silk facing etc.
In reality, our pricing is extremely competitive; in terms of our superlative quality, use of genuine Hainsworth Cloth, attention to detail, and adherence to the specification of the uniform. In general terms, if a mess dress uniform costs less elsewhere, then it is likely to be of inferior quality; if our uniform costs less, this is owing to our 'All Ranks' pricing policy.
Be assured, that there is no better quality, value, or service to be had; the final fit of our mess dress uniforms is second to none.
Our general service pricing includes the free option of being measured by our Tailoring Consultant - or you may also take advantage of our on-line self-measure service (available to registered customers only).
Our standard service is 14 Working Days from receiving your order, measurements, 'Instruction To Proceed', and payment details.
For when you need your garments urgently! Our Express Service is 2 working days from finalising your order. This means that once we have your order, measurements, and payment - your garments will be made in 2 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded and subject to availability of ancillary items) with goods being shipped on the third day. We charge a nominal £80 plus VAT for this excellent service. We will require a deposit to be paid prior to commencing work on your order.
Please note that all production times including the Express Service are subject to current workload and can be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Whilst we provide you with the opportunity to create your mess dress order online, we fully understand that this is a significant purchase and we do not expect you to necessarily commit to conventional 'pay by credit card' completion. You can do so, of course, but there are a variety of ways to pay for your mess dress should you decide to proceed with us:
For all options other than paying online by card you should choose 'Other Payment Methods' and select your choice at the checkout. You will need to ensure that you have provided at least one telephone number either mobile or landline so that we can contact you regarding your order although we will use your registered email address for communication if this is more convenient. Please remember though, NEVER send any credit or debit card details via email!

We will send items to you by DPD who are offering contactless delivery at this time.

If Visiting our workshop for an appointment, Please text/call 07547676237 when you arrive so you can be met in the front office.
We will only be dealing with one customer at a time.
Please adhere to government guidelines for accompanying persons.
We are required to retain your contact details for 21 days for NHS track and trace.
We have to advise that law enforcement officers may ask you to disperse if congregation outside is causing a nuisance/not keeping set distance. You may be asked to remove your mask for identification purposes.
