In response to the very positive feedback received, we have decided to make this service available at no extra cost to a limited number of customers.

* Please note that this service is intended for suits not uniforms and that the production time will be dependant on the existing workload at the time of attending & ordering this service but at most times, if required, it will be 2 working days as stated above.

We make all of our made to measure garments in our COVID-19 compliant workshop in Stowmarket, Suffolk, England. As a manufacturer, we have remained open throughout the pandemic and continue to offer our service to everyone, including our travelling service. Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?
Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?
Do you have a high temperature?
If you have confirmed yes to any of the above then we are unable to see you till you are confirmed COVID-19 clear. See government guidelines on testing and isolation.
During your appointment we are COVID-19 compliant.
We have a risk assessment covering COVID-19
We will sanitise any items used before and after seeing customers.
We will keep our distance for paperwork.
Everyone working in close proximity for an extended period of time must wear a visor and a Type II face mask.
We will offer a disposable type II face mask to you to wear. For close contact services this must be worn.
Hand sanitiser/Hand Washing required by everyone before and after appointment.
We will send items to you by DPD who are offering contactless delivery at this time.
Please adhere to appointment time or contact us if you’ll arrive at a different time.
If Visiting our workshop for an appointment, Please text/call 07547676237 when you arrive so you can be met in the front office.
We will only be dealing with one customer at a time.
Please adhere to government guidelines for accompanying persons.
We are required to retain your contact details for 21 days for NHS track and trace.
We have to advise that law enforcement officers may ask you to disperse if congregation outside is causing a nuisance/not keeping set distance. You may be asked to remove your mask for identification purposes.
